your issues are all simply lack of understanding, and also the game looks pixelated but it is running on unreal engine 4 and has a pretty hefty media, physics, and rendering framework- it might *look* simple but looking simple does not translate to running simple or minecraft wouldn't easily overburden computers either, there is lots going on in the background.

As for your actual gameplay issues, I can help with your specific issues here, but a lot of these imply you didn't even play the tutorial; your emails tell you which satellites to visit, but you can also simply open a piece of paper and hit "report" in the templates, and it will list today's hashes you need to gather.
When a satellites are unresponsive, it's nothing to do with your base servers, there is a server in each satellite that communicates back to the base, you must go out and fix the servers in the actual satellites when they fail (you get paid to do this, though not much, it's still better pay than signals at first).
Your computers are all totally unupgraded at first, so they are slow and nearly useless-  there is an "upgrade" and "modules" tab in your central PC, these will both make your computers better and help you with your next issues.
You cannot process signals by default, you must upgrade your processing level (I believe it is the very bottom of the upgrades page, it scrolls)- your welcome/hi emails explain this to you briefly, paying attention to the right things *is* important in this game.
Likewise, rain and thunder cause issues with your ground based satellites, so they lose their calibration and filters rapidly; you need to buy the storm filter module to bypass this effect, without it you will struggle during storms, that is part of the reality of radio telescopes satellite arrays and why they're usually in deserts and high mountains.

Really though, not to be overly rude, but if you cannot play the tutorial and retain its information, and are unable to take in the environment and logic/sus out what's wrong, this is *NOT* the game for you, you will enjoy simply watching it more.
