Hello! 👋

Overall: ✨ The gameplay, movement, and shooting were simple and worked very well. Love the programmer art—this felt like a solid prototype. Great job overall!

Fun: 🎉 The gameplay was fun and engaging. I liked how the enemies reacted to getting shot, and the shadows were a neat touch.

Visual: 🎨 The programmer art was charming, but incorporating non-programmer art would enhance the polished feel of the game.

Audio: 🎶 The only audio I heard was when I got hit. Adding some cool battle music would significantly improve the experience.

Theme: 📚 The theme implementation was not clear to me.

Other feedback: If you added some non-programmer art and music, it would go a long way toward making the game feel more polished.

nice color scheme and camera shake, like it a lot. I only managed till level 3 though .. :D

The progression is fun and the gameplay is smooth but I feel like its a bit too hard and the enemies can easily overwhelm you, as you know it lacks audio but apart from that had lots of fun!

the game is very cool mate, I loved the death animation of the red boxes and I liked the challenging nature of your game. try adding more weapons and sound effects that will make it stand out

Thanks for feedback, adding wapons is what I planned but didn't make before the deadline of the jam. Sounds effects, of course I need some. This is my Achilles heel

Great game it will be great if the wave system is based on remaining enemies and the following enemies don't give the bullet hell vibe

Thanks for feedback. That's true that following enemies don't fit into bullet hell style game, but I think they diversify gameplay in a nice way.

Super fun game! I went all out on shoot speed and some health later on, and this seemed to be a great decision. I managed to defeat the boss on my 2nd or 3rd try.
The bullets are readable and the impact was satisfying.

Some background music or noise would make a great addition.

Keep up the good work! :)

A game with a simple concept and at the same time very fun. The square with the gun looks super funny. I missed the music a bit (unless something wasn't working for me? There was definitely the SFX of getting a hit). Great that you took part in the jam and good job!

Thanks for feedback :) I don't know yet how to make good music, so I decided to focus on visuals, but I also feel that lack of music and more audio takes away a lot from the game
