I finally solved it, it was a mistake on my part. I had a couple extra file in the rePatch folder of Isaac.

The error occurs when launching the game, the launcher opens, I select the options and then when it closes and the game opens it gives the error

Hello, I tried installing it and it is giving me the error C1-2613-2. The filepath of the resources folder is "ux0:/rePatch/PCSB00676/resources"
