I would agree with Pixxele that as long as the majority is going to the charity I don't think I'd mind some of it going to cover the taxes on the donation.

It is "Disadvantage on WIL Saves. Must pass WIL Save to take aggressive actions. Clear: After long rest".

It originally comes from The Estate adventure collection released by Losing Games. Apologies for not including it in the item/condition sheet I had forgotten that it wasn't apart of the base game.

I've been playtesting with a modified version of Chimneyhaus by Fey Light Studio and sharing a "Building Chimneyhaus" file with the playtest group that is more specific to that setting.
