In attack moves can it be in bright colour (e.g. orange for fire-type,green for grass-type,etc) and when cool down start it fades out. 

so ,while battling eyes can fully focus on pokemon movement and recognise moves quickly using different colours.

Direction of ice beam is not hitting in aiming direction instead it launch ice beam in direction where pokemon facing.
