Great game ! The page is really nice too. The only issue I had with both is that I didn't know how to play in game, and the tips is quite a bit far into the page ! Otherwise it's amazing !

Thank you for playing our game  ! You're totally right ! Thank you for taking the time to figure it out by yourself and I'm glad you did understood it !

Hello ! Thank you for testing the game. Hopefully we'll get the sensitivity fixed in a post jam patch !

I assume you're missing the yellow console, you need to jump on that fallen pillar in the main room. Apparently this platform is not as obvious as I thought :)

We were also thinking that if you get stuck with the cable on your way back you could disconnect it at any moment and look for a way. But you're also right some later mechanics could have led to those situation too but we couldn't implement them .

Hey, the ideal looks great. I couldn't figure how to play. I managed to get the first phone call, but after that I got stuck, I never got to move the stone back somewhere. I understand that you may have lack time, but in that case maybe add some tips in the description so we can try to progress further into the game and give a better feedback.

Hey ! I managed to get to the "end", the lost condition at least, without crashing. I felt like I didn't know why I was connecting all those things until I lost. It should be made clear earlier, and maybe display somewhere how far we are from it.

Hello ! I would love to dive more into this project but I encountered twice the same bug that really prevented me to go far into the game. Twice I open the archive and upon leaving it, the board was blank and the bottom shelf was empty. It could have been visual, but I'm not sure. The quit game button also couldn't help me.

Hello ! I really enjoyed the games, the sounds are quite stressful, it made me hates those ducks xD Otherwise, I just had an issue with the camera movement, it looks like it was drifting a bit for me, a bit annoying. Good job on the game !

Very interesting game ! The art identity is on point, the game play is very interesting and it looks like you've developed the concept quite far. I didn't play like in the screenshots stacking plants, and it felt slow. So maybe it's just I wasn't playing as intended :D

Thank you for playing ! I'm glad someone who like platforming games enjoy playing our game !

Hey it was fun ! The view was a good choice forcing a bit the exploration. A tiny in game tips about how to move would have been wonderful. And clicking repeatedly on the move button could be something to rethink !

The art is absolutely banger, and so is the game in the style of survival games. If only there were some sound or visual feedback when we lose hp, I wouldn't have lost my first game that quickly (always blame the game when you die :P) .

Really good concept and game !

Thank you for playing and for your feedback ! Your pointing out other visual elements we could have improved to create a smooth gameplay, thanks for reporting them :D

I really like the game, it's quite interesting. I still have a few feedback. The dialogue window close too quickly I would have love to read again, trying to understand why I failed. I also think not all illness in the book were in the choice option, which I think, lead me to fail at least one patient. The Eyes button was always hard to reach.

Your game is amazing, the quality of the assets, the gameplay is also great. My only feedback is the amount of small sounds, at some point it was a bit too much. Good job !

It's a nice demo of what a full game could be !

The loop is there, but it lacks some precision in both the 3D view or the grid on the right, I was never sure if I was to click on the right button or not, and in which direction or which shape the path had.

Fun small games ! I was looking for hint about the combination of switch, but maybe there weren't any xD

Hello ! It looks great.
I understand the idea behind your concept, but since you mostly used AI I'm going to be more critical. In Godot is pretty easy to make a build that fit the user keyboard and this one doesn't (French Keyboard user here !). Then the game itself doesn't taught properly the player how to play and what to do.

Fun Game! It's too bad you couldn't add some music to get a bit more vibes :)

Hey ! It was quite a fun game ! I think you still have a couple bugs that can happen with the UI or the save system, but I reloaded and works better the second time.

I find it weird for the world to be beautiful and not being able to be on ground.

The gobelins are a nice addition of danger, but it looks random, and they are no feedback of them attacking, which could be great.

I think the idea is very interesting but I couldn't get everything.
The link and the formation is an amazing idea, but I didn't understand how much control I had over it, even with the little drawing explaining it.

And the second point is visual, most of the elements were too similar. My brain was sometimes getting confused, dodging upgrades and try to find where the real bullets and enemies were.

Hello ! Congratulation on this game, you seems to have made a tons of level !! I only clear 12 of them got stuck on the 13th.

Their is a small bug in the music loop, at some point it restart multiple times.

Ooh I really liked the concept of this game.

Here some of the aspect I would review. The accuracy of attacks, it's not based on the cursor, or at least the character doesn't turn when attacking: it's based on the character orientation. But with such a distant view it requires a lot of precision, and I was a bit frustrated by not reaching enemies just next to my blade.

Also I think it's missing some kind of reward for each tile completed in the loop . Especially with the number or power of enemies increasing.

Nice to hear that it's working. Thank you again for your feedback !

Hello, thank for playing the game and for your feedback ! Yes definitely those aspect would have required some polish !
Which browser are you using ? The full screen option seems to be working on Firefox once the loading is done.

Thank you for playing our game ! We're glad you like it. We'll definitely take your feedback and improve those aspect at least to improve individually.

Thank you for playing the game ! We have indeed noted the sensitivity and lighting issue. Thank you for the feedback and we're glad you like it !

Thank you for playing the game ! I'm so glad you did that actually, those cable were also there for the player to have fun with it !!

(1 edit)

Thank you for playing the game and your feedback. We're glad that you had fun, and the lighting part is definitely noted !

hello ! thank you for playing the game and for your feedback. I am really interesting in improving my level design skills after this jam, could you detail more about it ? thanks in advance

Really good game ! As someone already explained, I was forced into a new window in almost fullscreen, and the blue background was only on the left, and the gameplay only on half of it.

Otherwise, really enjoyable, with sound and audio, difficulty ! Good job

The music is doing a big part of my entertainment here, make me want to click in rhythm ! It's cute and simple, and very enjoyable. I felt like I improved very fast compare to classic clicker.

Good job !

Hi fellow frogger gamedev ! I really enjoyed your version, it was really clean and well done from beginning to end. As It was already said, I found the logs were hard to catch, but indeed, using the water, we can progress differently than on the original game. Your rabbit definitely swim better than my frog :P

Good job !

After a few try, I finally managed to get a score higher than 40. I was confused by the console interface at first and try to play with it, it was a nerf xD. I managed to get to 240 points and was a bit sad that I couldn't either go higher (like survive) or not having a victory screen, that could be a good improvement !

So simple and still had fun ! A very enjoyable version of this classic game ! Good job !

SO I replayed the game as you suggested. And this time, I reached the Godot boss everyone was talking about ! Yay ! I'm pretty sure the candle wasn't there the previous time, or it didn't do what it did this time ! But indeed I was able to progress. I still felt very slow. Also during the boss, I noticed that some ghost were stacking on top of each other (when I would stay on the left so they would spawn), so during the boss battle, when touching the ghost I was taking a point of damage for each (I had 3 stacked). I think I was testing a bit the limits there ^^

Thank you for playing our game ! I'm glad you enjoyed it in its current state.  I agree it's unfortunate, we didn't got the full loop of the original game.

Thank you for playing our game ! Hopefully we also find enough effort to polish it once the jam is over !

Definitely bring back some childhood memories ! I still play the same way, clicking randomly to get started and ended up losing in one click, hahaha !

On a more serious topic, it was really good. I would give the global UI a more enjoyable look. I also think the sound effect is good, but to me the click sound didn't give me the feeling that I was "safe" from a mine. Also some music, and defeat or victory jingle, would have its utility.
