saw it too, i think it's only the first time you come out of the pipe after talking with river with the inferior lotty enabled as i never saw it without it enabled (or i just missed it). but yeah i think it's once per save if you have the mode on

do take your time, your priority should be yourself over other stuff, while I've been loving this game and i hope to see it's continued development, i hope you take care of what you need to and put yourself first :3

Im glad there was an anti ntr route, too many ntr games don't have one. (Yes kinda not the point of ntr but when i see a game like this i get curious if there is one because im not an ntr type of person)
