in terms of money a sceond hand ps3 is 8k while ps4 is 21k so if you want og game or light games and wanna mod your console for cheaper price go with ps3 and want newer game better experince and orignal op game like gow 4 or 2018 or hollow knight and have good budget go with ps4 but i recommend psp as i have it can play psp ported ps2 and all ps1 games
