So I have a previous version of this game on a tablet, and this accessory is fine on the android version. This is (I think obviously) the Windows version of the game, and the flower has an odd splotch in the center. I tested out the colors and its part of the outline. I also have this recent version on my phone, the android version, and its not like this on that version.
I find this interesting because I manually transferred over all the main characters and I didn't notice this. (I just manually transferred them because the import/export doesn't seem to work on the windows version, and the offline code can't really be copied from mobile to pc.)
