The same thing is happening to me right now. I’m using Chrome on Windows. I can’t use the door either by the Interact button or by the mouse.

My personal tastes lean away from experiences where I can get through a level and discover that I’ve made it impossible to continue, especially when it’s because I was too good (i.e., in the case of this game, I destroyed all the robots in the last stage). I know that’s kind of a matter of preferences, and in your game’s case, it’s honestly a minimal problem, since there’s a big friendly “press R to restart the level” reminder on screen, and the levels aren’t ever so long that it’s really painful to use it, but the frustration that does exist mostly comes from how long it takes the slower characters to get where you need them to go. That’s not really a problem on its own (it’s fun to accept that this character is slow because her legs are bound, or this one because she’s literally hogtied inside a weird cage thing), so it only becomes a pain point when it’s combined with a mandatory restart. In my humble opinion.
In an alternate universe, Guilty Slug is a tactical espionage action franchise, and a kinkster submitted a game called Metal Gear to a bondage game jam :) I had fun with this one, even if it’s a pretty basic FPS. Idk if anybody else noticed it but somehow it’s kind of erotic when the girls get tied up in slime? (sarcasm intended) Anyway, solid action, good graphics and sound (love the cute little mmmphs), and decent level design. The only shortcoming is the pretty loose adherence to the theme, but it’s a fun romp nonetheless.
Very fun premise, excellent homage to The Lost Vikings. Great use of the jam theme. I enjoyed the gameplay variety and the different strengths and weaknesses of each valkyrie, though there were some moments I found frustrating, and not in a good way. Also, the lack of sound effects hurt the experience just a bit. Overall very nice work though!
Really cool game overall. I love its moxie. The gameplay is fun if a bit frustrating, and the style and theming is superb. Its use of “control” is effective as well.
But I will heartily echo the sentiment that it’s frustrating when I correctly click when a red rope is in the parry zone, and it ends up not mattering because it was too late. I can’t tell you how many times I did that. I wasn’t able to progress past the third battle, so I may have to really get good and come to try again later.
This is quite a nice little game! I’m quite impressed with how well the gameplay premise works, and you have so much variety here, with lots of different gameplay modes and so on. There are some interesting challenges and a fair amount of humor (I really like its lighthearted tone), and the bondage is cute and appealing. And to top it all off, you’ve really nailed the theme as well!
Very cute and charming game, but man what a difficulty spike! I feel like the game started out as one thing during development, and then the team decided they’d rather make something else, because the tutorial makes me expect that I’m in for a platformer with occasional dummies, and then all of a sudden the boss battle starts. Phase one was satisfying and fun. Phase two was just too suddenly difficult. But I gotta say I just adore the cute lil squeak damage sound!
I just played this demo. It's very cute and fun, and the bondage is pretty hot! I agree with a lot of the comments I've been seeing, so I'm glad that you're still workshopping the mechanics. The game has plenty of potential. I'm not gonna hold my breath, but I'm crossing my fingers for some good old ropes and cloth gags at some point! In any case, I'll keep an eye on this one for sure.
Excellent work! This is a lovely start and I'm super excited for what comes next. I have a recommendation for the control scheme: please set Z to jump and X to attack -- this is much more consistent with keyboard-control platformers. I mean, ideally, you'll get gamepad support in, but I'll take this in the meantime.
I played through this earlier tonight, and had a great time with it. On my second playthrough, though, I was at the second shade, when I got "TypeError" "Cannot read property 'endBinding' of undefined". Not sure what caused this to happen now when it didn't happen the first time. I'm using Windows 10, and I'm playing in English.
