A skunkgirl boss would be an interesting addition. It could make use of spray or, if you're not into that, gas.
A maze trap was another idea I had. It causes the hero to lose one to two turns and reduces morale. A hybrid of the tentacle trap and the pitfall trap. A jack of all trades master at none!
