I don't think that would be judged, since they didn't say they would judge it and spaghetti can still accomplish anything good organisation can as long as you remember where you put stuff.

If you make a masterpiece out of spaghetti, it's still a masterpiece

If you submit earlier than the deadline, say, for feedback on your game from others in the jam, is it possible to then resubmit an updated version of your game with the feedback applied? Or are you only able to submit once? This is my first game jam, so I don't fully know how these things work. Good luck to everyone in the jam!
