I really like the soundtrack, it is simple yet very enjoyable and keeps the game active, and the Game Over music fits the theme very well. The crowd noises are cool and keep the gameplay entertaining, and the punch noises are fun. The gameplay itself is enjoyable and quick fun. The art is very cool, original and yet it makes all objects easily distinguishable to not result in visual clutter, making it a good design for bullet-hell type games.
The concept is fun and the countdown rhythm pressing is cool.
The two improvements I would propose:
1. The tutorial font is too stretched, making it hard to read. You could adjust the font.
2. Bullet hell games usually have characters with smaller hitboxes, making the gameplay more dynamic. This game could be even better with a smaller character hitbox for the ref, making dodging more skill-based.

Great game idea! The mechanics are simple but very effective in providing a fast-paced gaming experience!
