It's fun and I love the spherical levels. I could have used a volume slider. Good job!

It's . . . it's beautiful.

Super neat idea and theme interpretation. Incredibly frustrating to play. It feels like there's only one strategy to doing well / one solution to each level, despite the very large possibility space. I was never trapped by the breaking tiles, I was always just out of moves. Despite my criticism, I feel strongly that there is a lot of potential here. And the visuals are great! Good job.

Very thematic. So thematic that the tension was too much and I quit so I wouldn't see all my hard work go up in flames.

Short & sweet, I love the tongue mechanic.

Very nice, very nice. It's so well-put-together that the lack of a save system or level select was surprising to me. I also wished I had an undo button sometimes due to a misclick. That's not too important though. Good job!

I know I would have wanted you to be able to do actual loops instead of pressing a "do a loop" button, but my teammate was having enough trouble getting the flight code working as-is, let alone handling going upside-down. I will consider tackling this in a version 2!

Remember, ABL: Always Be Learning. Those are some good ideas to implement. Thank you!

Excellent visuals. These poor pigs, destined to die in an endless spooky forest. 2000 of them . . . .

I'm happy to play a short game in a jam this big, good job! You got me with the first fight, I was like "is this really possible?"

Art and music are awesome. A volume slider would also be awesome. And I don't know how to win, or where the locked door even is. I got excalibur though?

I'm glad, that's exactly what I was going for. Thanks for playing!

It's just a little bit rough around the edges, but once you get the combos and upgrades rolling it's great. My first run took 35 flippin' minutes to beat, which felt really long for a game jam game (I felt it was too long before I got my time groove on). Super good job!

The sense of urgency and scrambling around is great. It's not great that you have to crouch for, like, more than half of the interactions. 2/3 of the fuse placements are criminal. Good job!

It looks like you're missing some files in order for people to play the game. 🙁

I couldn't complete level 2 for the longest time. Part of that is a skill issue, but part of that is why is a government communication a conspiracy? Regardless, restarting the level over and over was very frustrating because there's a load time for the main menu, plus a load time for the level, every time I failed the level. I think level 8 bugged out and didn't complete my first attempt, possibly the same bug people have mentioned. I was on the download, so it didn't crash at least. And I completed the game! Obviously it's a fun concept and good execution overall. Great game!

When you add the bells and whistles that I'm sure you have planned, this could be stellar! It's fun enough even as is. Good job!

That is so good to hear, thank you!

I enjoyed completing all the levels! With a lot of enemies on screen it can take a while for the next action to be available, which felt bad when I wasn't under threat at the moment. I felt like with the theme, your countdown should have been more prominent visually instead of relegated to the corner. Still, good job!

Yes, little races you can find and complete would be amazing!

Oh that explains why the mouse sensitivity is so low in your game! Our mice are different lol. You might want to adjust your computer mouse settings, if they aren't set that way on purpose. Thanks for playing!

Holy cow that download size. The environment is nice but I ain't reading all that. I was sad that bringing the lantern into the dark hut did not reveal anything. The music not looping is criminal. Good job!

The sense of space & scale is well-done. Good job!

I love it, it's so peaceful!

It's not clear to me how much influence the remaining time has on the enemies. Otherwise, this is an interesting idea, and it looks and feels good to control.

The first attempt is so overwhelming wow. But I got it in 3! Good job with the theme!

It feels really good to punch the candy, but picking up guns less so. It feels hard enough that maybe the player could pick up guns automatically, and throw them with left click when they are out of ammo? Otherwise the game feels great to play, good job!

(1 edit)

It's maybe not very clear, but the mouse buttons make you go faster and also consume more calories.
👉👈 Thank you for the kind words!

I love the voice acting and the alien environment. The mouse aiming feels very bad :( Near the end I just mashed left click to shoot fast, maybe there's something more to be done there, but I don't know how that relates to the salt arm :) Good job!

Ambitious! It's really low-res for me, not sure if that's the intention or not, but the rocket parts look cool.

Slick and demanding. Biggest gripe: the spring pushes me along the ground faster if I do not run in the direction I am being pushed???? Aesthetic is awesome. Good job!

I love the sun going down in the background, and the writing, and the fact that the levels count down too. I wish there was a button to go back one move. And the music got a little repetitive. But other than that this is 100% amazing!!

I love the concept; I wish I had someone with me at the moment to play this co-op. Playing as one person the later stages are quite the challenge; I don't have the gumption to get to the end right now. The 3D is great, and the stretcher physics are jank in the best way. Only thing missing is audio. Good job!

This is so fun!! The beginning feels a little clunky, but in a mostly good way. And at the end I felt like a god. Good job!

This is an excellent interpretation of the jam theme. Good job!

Game is too real for me. (I liked the minigames. The sound effects were a bit loud and harsh.)

I like the art and the concept, it's very charming. Everything works smoothly enough, there's just some flair missing that's nice to have. I think the biggest problem is that I can't examine the knight or priest in my hand, I have to play them to find out what they do. Oh, also I didn't feel compelled to play more after I had obtained every card in the market. Overall surprisingly on-theme, and good job!

We round down in this household. Thank you for the kind words!

I love this. The level design is good and the movement options are robust, if a little slow. (The grapple is amazing though.) The only problems I have are that it would play better with a controller, and the final level is infuriating lmao. Good job!

The controls feel real nice! It feels like the difficulty sorta caps out after a certain point. My biggest disappointment was the music not looping properly. The art is cute and perfect. Good job!
