First minute on the browser build. The hub looks great but front-loads jargon: Vessel, Embers, Streak, Daily Rite, Reliquary, all before I have done anything. I did not know what a Vessel rank grants or what Embers buy until I opened the field manual. On Descend the match-3 sigil board is readable and the one line instruction (drag 3 matching, diagonals count) is exactly right, but the manual is one click away and easy to skip, so chamber 1 can arrive with no rules on screen. Suggest gating the first Descend behind the manual, or surfacing the drag instruction on chamber 1 itself. Polished, just needs a smaller first step. angelmakesgames

Played it. The joke lands because you make me do it: Yes/No gate, then 52 cards on the table and a timer already running at 7.34 before I understood the goal. Two notes. One, the clock starts before the player knows what to do, so my first run is really a tutorial run and my personal best is poisoned. Start the timer on the first card click, not on Yes. Two, Pick em Up is the only instruction and there is no cursor change or hover feedback on a card, so I spent the first seconds unsure if I was clicking cards or the table. The payoff is good. Give me one run to learn it without wrecking my best time. angelmakesgames
Played this for the exchange. The terminal fiction is strong: lockdown banner, read only 03:24 snapshot, purge requires token SV-04. I believed the OS. Two notes from a first time player. One, nothing tells me what I am trying to produce. The desk shows CASE FILE 0/5 and click a record to retain, but not the win condition, so my first minute was tab clicking with no goal. Two, no signal on which records clash, so I cannot tell a clue from scenery. Suggest opening with one line stating what I am naming, and marking retained records that contradict each other. Solid core, needs an on ramp. angelmakesgames
