Thank you so much! Yes, I'm really excited about this one, I loved making it and seeing people reacting so positively to it pumped me up to keep working on it!

LOL this game is absolutely hilarious. Had so much fun playing it. The idea of inspecting explosive devices for defects is a particular kind of genius, perhaps the sick kind which I so much appreciate. And the nuke had me in stitches lol

Nice! Excellent puzzle game with room for experimentation.

Gotta say, my heart skipped a beat when it went almost completely dark and the red glow from the jellyfish was closing in on me! Great job!

Pretty hard to beat for this old man, but I like the grim art style and the SKELETO-TANK!

Even though I've never had a special relationship with a cat, I can just tell that this is a game that was borne out of love and maybe even heartbreak, but it is extremely beautiful, both in mood and graphics.

This game, or should I say interactive experience, just says "Monty Python" to me :) Especially the part with the huge tree growing. I really enjoyed that, and the animation in general. Sweet and short, thank you for this, it made me smile!

How can anyone NOT download a game called Attack of the Blue Balls? I mean, we've all been there.  So, two things: I hate those red bricks, they keep killing me. Secondly, I would play this in an arcade with a lightgun, and I would very much enjoy it, but I'm about to throw my mouse against a very hard wall rofl

This is the first game in the jam I'm giving full marks on everything! Let me break it down: the graphics are lovely, the music and sfx are pro-tier, the puzzles and the idea behind them are original, and it's incredibly creative, especially when you put all of those things together. I went and almost gave 4 stars for Narrative but then I remembered the lovely storybook-like excerpts and gave that full marks too, lol!

I don't get it, WHAT IS THIS ART STYLE, I LOVE IT! And the gameplay is pretty fun, too!

Glad you think so!

lol thank you! You can absolutely finish the game, it's basically four puzzles in a row!

I love the jumper sprite and the faces it makes  so much lol. And the game is pretty novel! Good job!

This is absolutely hilarious. I love the sound the boss makes when he gets angry lol. Follows the countdown theme pretty well, too, amd the graphics and desktop simulation are very good!

The idea of a small arcade with a few minigames excites me, and this was chill and lovely. I just wish it had a few more games!

This takes me back to around 2010 and XBox Live Arcade. Everything about it says "early indie dev megastar" era. It is also great fun to play. I gotta admit that I couldn't finish the game (and I refuse to watch the solution video lol) but I'm saving it and trying again soon.

Oh my god, this is so good! It's a simple idea that has been done to death (finish the stage before the time runs out) but somehow this game trascends ordinariness and becomes a joy. The graphics are cool, and the music is (supposed)era-appropriate and I can't get enough of this. Thank you!

I couldn't fight against the countdown hard enough lol. Got to 2minutes and 47 seconds. Gotta say, though, the dithered graphics and sweet music are really adorable, and the game is very creative and has used the jam theme really well. Lovely!

This is CRAZY, and I mean that in the best possible way. It made me laugh, it made me angry but most of all it made sure that I won't be forgetting it in a hurry. The graphics are gorgeous, the music is perfect for this kind of game and the sfx are just *chef's kiss*. Amazing job!

I love the naif art style, it's very nostalgic and sweet.  I can't make it past the third circle of Hell, but that's a me problem lol!

Thank you! Your comment made my day!

Thank you so much! I love colors and their interaction, glad it shows!

Thank you so much! It makes sense that you had fun with the humor, because that's what I had the most fun doing for the game :) I am a color palette freak, so I really needed to find some cool colors for the interface too, and that took me quite some time. I really appreciate your comment because not releasing a web build in time meant that my game was pretty much invisible to most people, which of course is to be expected.

I haven't used any engines other than GM (with the exception of some custom engines I made in GW-Basic about three decades ago, lol) and I don't think I will, to be honest! It's hard enough learning one of them :)  Good luck with your long-term project!

I am so happy you liked the game! I wish I had more time to expand on it, I have so many ideas I wanted to incorporate in this one!

This has made me nostalgic for Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, which is one of my most-played games ever! Even the distortion effects on the grid are there! That said, this is definitely something else entirely, and I love the idea of the constantly-changing conditions. Lovely music and graphics/shaders too! If I had one complaint, it's that my machine is too slow for this game, but that has nothing to do with the game's quality. Great job!

"Consider the turkey baster" is not a line I ever thought I'd read, but I'm glad I did. You won my heart it this game. Take all the fives. It doesn't run well on my ten year old laptop, but nothing does.

ROFL this was hilarious.

This game really nails the sound and graphics! The gameplay is a little rote, but the controls and general platforming feel amazing. I could see this being expanded into a full game.

I was about to give up on this one, and then it clicked and let me tell you, I've been playing this for 30 minutes and I'm seriously addicted lol. The graphics are great, the sounds are satisfying, and the gameplay is insanely good. In fact, this is the first game in this jam that I have nothing to complain about, I could play this for days.

Interesting idea, and the graphical style is right up my alley but the thing that has me super-intrigued is that black and purple no man's land/void that the protagonist finds himself in at the start of the game!

I am so confused by this lol

I really liked the comic bookish art style and it was fun for a while, but in the end it felt a little bit one dimesional to me. However, I burst out laughing when I unloced max hand. that was hilarious. And the screams too!

I am so in love with the Moebius-esque graphics! And the gameplay is not half-bad either. I was prepared to be super-meh about this, but it won me over.

Nice! I enjoyed this very much and the art style is so close to favorite cartoons from the 1950s. Great job. Ironically, I played this at work lol

That's a wicked puzzle dynamic! I think I think far too linearly to come up with something as fiendishly original as this one. I enjoyed playing it! The background music is nice, too.

Very cool, although it was pretty slow on my system, which really affected the gameplay.

This is pretty cool! I love the minigames concept, and the music does give off some dread vibes, even though the idyllic clear sky environment does not, but I really enjoyed the contrast!
