This hits hard. It's so hostile right from the jump, and that only intensifies the discomfort when I see parts of myself in the game. I definitely have to pass this along to friends who know how to appreciate this sort of knife-twisting storytelling.
Does this come across correctly as praise? It's meant to be. Very deeply affecting writing that I'll be chewing on for a while, I think.
