I guess I must not have tried to pick up the right things! I tried on some but got "you can't do that" sorts of responses so I thought "oh I guess inventory just isn't implemented yet" or something. So I wasn't really thorough about it.

So I did actually play this, and I laughed out loud at a couple of the lines. But I am not sure if I am missing something? I tried looking at and using every object I could find and talking to both of the other characters, but I ran out of text from these very quickly. I wound up just brute-forcing the combination on the box, because I did not locate anything at all that could have been considered a clue to its answers. (I thought I was on to something for a moment with one of the portraits, but it didn't actually go anywhere helpful.) Is that because this was a 24-hour jam and there really is a bunch of missing content, or was there some start to a chain of clues I just wasn't able to find?
