Shoku Pain is a psychological horror game about running a night-shift bakery inside a quarantine zone.

Your job is simple: check each customer's symptoms, fill out the report, and decide what they get — bread, medicine, or the knife. Every customer looks human at first, but not all of them will pass inspection.
