Thank you for the feedback. The time was suppose to be an advantage and disadvantage mechanic. If you take too long investigating, you might lose the ability to interview a tenant cause they went to sleep or if you're too quick investigating you might find that the killer didn't get to throw away the bloody clothes in the chute and so on. I implemented it at the last second but didn't get to improve it much.
