I can't figure out, how do I save the game? each time I open chapters, I only see "hard copy" which doesn't save all progress - no items for example

you have to use R key to change positions, when you sit, some furniture elements are semitransparent. Head is big and it's in room upstairs with bed and sofa

the game is really nice, but I'm locking myself, when I get pregnant.
The pregnancy goes normally and then it's birth sequence and I got two girl showing on screen. And then, whatever I do, nothing happens, I have to restart game.
am I doing something wrong, or is it softlock?
I play 1.14
