When you first fight him, you need to lose to him and then ask Ran, Vic, and Reynard about him. Then after Reynard gives you the hint and Vic teaches you how to grab, go to the fight with high enough to grow hard during the fight, but not too much where he tells you to get rid of your hardon
After you did his date fight with him, hang with him and Vandeel and eventually Vince will invite you. You need to do Vandeel's 2nd gameover where he's trying to tease Vince with you around so Vince will be more forward with you.
He changes what you do based on what you feed him. He is also a patreon owned character and didn't get a gameover and it is up to him if he wants one in the end.

But yeah, after you progress Kubas and Varok far enough, you need to do Azlos and then you can do Shlar to unlocked the vore way of getting them to come, or progress through Sparky and have him unlock the none vore way of unlocking the naga.
To get it, you gotta have done at least one of the others I think a couple of times. You don't need to do all 3, you can and that effects others, bu you just need to have done it a few times.
Then get preggers by 10 others I believe, and it'll come about. Then to finish it you need to sleep in your inn room a couple of times
You'll need to get through Vandeel's content too and Varok's. You got a while before you see Chiquell. He comes after the order comes to town and you need to do Ran's big event which requires you to finish Varon. If you just want to see him, the story skip 2 would get you there the fastest, it's right when talking to Ran will have the order move to town and you just need to do their content and Ran and what he unlcoks. As with story skip 3, he's already unlocked.
The coder is looking to move the update servers home since we can't pay for it anymore, but it's taking a while. You can also ignore it and go to the game. You just have to download updates until it gets handled!
It's normally depending which of the 3 you moved to the 2nd phase of the fight on, and how much lust you have, and what kinks you have unlocked/locked.
It will become an toggable option later once the coder puts out the update. Fights will have different types of grabs and each fight will choose a different one then repeat once all have been done at least once

Patreon version will always come to the public version. Just patreon version they're paying us so we want to give them content first as a thanks + other things so we can continue to make this an monthly thing with enough money to pay everything to do this as a side thing from their job.
If we make more money we can have the artist and coder spend more time on it to release even more artwork and content, but for now this is all we can do with the amount we can pay them.
