We’re busy people, and we spend what little free time we have making games about social hypocrisy.

So I guess we really did hit the nail on the head with this jam.

Good luck, and may the sauce be with you.

The Ceuta Situation is a satirical narrative RPG about the 2026 Ceuta crisis, told through eight different characters caught inside the same unfolding situation.

Play through the crisis from different points of view: a government office, an ambulance, a newsroom, a police station, or the other side of the border. Each character sees the same events differently, with their own problems, priorities and choices.

Make decisions as the situation unfolds. Help people, make things worse, try to keep control, or simply make the decision that will be easiest to explain on television.

The first act is available now, featuring two characters:

  1. Pedro Sánchez — National President You are a leader trying to keep the room calm while the room is on fire.
  2. Yassine Bensaid — Moroccan Immigrant You are a young man chasing a better life while a border suddenly looks like a way in.

More chapters and characters are in development and will be released as they are completed.

The situation is real. The characters and events are fictionalized.

The history this game is about is still being written.

THE CEUTA SITUATION

We’ll pass that on to George. There are a few branches in the story, so being able to see them all could actually be pretty fun!

Awesome, thanks! Glad you enjoyed it — and yeah, Conflict can be brutal 😄

If you were an investor with one feature you could demand for the next round, what would you make George build?

“Noted 😂 We’ll keep that one in mind for some completely unhinged future mechanic.”

Nice try, but you're still a long way from being a real hater curator.
