Chinese asset packs, mods and tool bundles usually sit on pan.baidu.com or pan.quark.cn. To sign up you need a mainland Chinese phone number, and a free account downloads at about 50-100 KB/s, which stalls on anything over a gigabyte.
I have paid accounts on both and grab these for people. Paste the link here (plus the 4-character code if it has one) and I'll pull the file and reply with a direct link. Small files I do for free - if yours is huge I'll say so up front.
You can also just do it yourself at baidufast.com- no signup, nothing to install.
