in 0.23, each season it drops the price to 50%

I have both the mod and the Mod Manager Menu downloaded, but the Menu doesn't show the Moaning Mod, where did I screw up? I followed all the steps on Github to the letter so I am lost.

So I got all the gifts from the maze and got back to phone guy. He tells me to put them under the tree in the yard and return, yet when I go to the tree it says I am missing the gifts. Any help?

This download is bull. It don't work. Tried it 4 times and every single time it never showed the application, just data and game files. Straight bullshit.
