I'm stuck on King's password. I have the letter and I tried all the red words, twice. Could you let me know if I'm on the right path or if I need to look for the password elsewhere. (Perhaps there is more then one letter?)

Since you’re good at games, in the future try offering to help other players instead. 

One small suggestion... change the interface when guessing the name of the guests, so first and last names are enter separately. When you encounter a unfamiliar name, especially from a culture different then your own, it is not always clear if it is a surname or given name.

Ah ha, Sunil's advise to 'Merge everything" finally sunk in. I under estimated the depth of the game. Assuming a game jam game would be mostly luck of the draw, but no, this game is expertly balanced, requiring strategy not luck.

Could I get some advise on when to upgrade the chest? 

I can easily picture this becoming a full sized game, perhaps based on rebuilding the semi-mythical Hanging Gardens of Babylon?
