Just got ending 4 and my advice if you haven't gotten it already is to make bad decisions with Adrian and good ones with Ian! Idk if youre done the game or not but i also wish you luck!!
If youre talking about the ones on our arm itll be a phone number, that happens when you get bad reactions from Adrian
I only have 1-3 right now but i tried choosing choices that neither of the guys would like. Also take notes when you find things. Hope this helps!
