I liked the visuals and characters. Good concept using the countdown theme, kinda makes me think you could replace the main character with Sonic and do speedrunning with this game lol. The main thing I didn't like was I sometimes got stuck coming up the top of hills. I also think it would've been cool to have ALL the slime you gathered from the earlier levels be combined at the end level and that be how much time you have to defeat the boss.

I liked the artwork for the most part, seeing the variety of enemies was cool. But I felt like the first level had bigger hitboxes for the enemies than later stages? Not sure, but would've liked to seen it start easier and then get harder. Also not sure if web version is the issue, but I wanted a restart button after losing.

I like the use of the theme, power going down and recharging. Buying apps was a cool way to use in place of just regular upgrades. I didn't mind using the phone to use the power-ups, it made it feel connected to the idea. Music was funky and I liked the shake effect when getting hit. This game is addictive but the gameplay idea has been done alot before, but it helped somewhat having the theme fit into it.

Not sure how much input you want, I beat all the stages expect 1 of them. I really think this is a good idea, the countdown being the amount of moves you can do is great and not everyone came up with that idea. But daaamn, this game is trolly lol. I feel like most of the later stages should've been at the start so players can get used to the game, then harder or puzzle levels later. Playing that first level might turn people off right away. Would've liked more sounds and music too. If you had more mechanics like enemies and power-ups, this would've added so much to the game.

I read the instructions, I feel like most people play these games, play for 10 seconds, and then leave stupid positive comments. I've learned alot from people leaving good and bad feedback for my games. The controls for this game aren't really organic, I don't like switching between the mouse and keyboard to move. I also would've liked to have seen music and sounds. I think you've got the foundation of a game here, upgrading and deciding on what to buy are always addictive elements.

Yeeeeeah, Death Race maybe not that great of a movie lol. Just okay. So maybe don't put it up there too high on your list of things to watch.  Or have lower expectations lol

I liked the visuals and the world, for some reason reminds me of something like the movie Death Race. I think someone else said, the tutorial isn't that clear. It tells you to hold the mouse button then click the mouse button to continue, then hold the mouse button. Too many button. I'm gonna try again tomorrow to finish the game since I've been drinking and using a touchpad lol. But I like the vibe of the world and it's interesting, but I think it's too much going on with looking at the road, the speed gauge, and the top gauge.

100%, I really try to make games teach you by playing. But time restraints and...I know many people that play game jams don't put a bunch of effort into playing, so they might just get stuck and leave. So I wanted to make sure I gave instructions for harder things like throwing the eggs vertical lol. Thanks for the feedback.

I really liked how the graphics were displayed in this game, the 3D world with 2D sprites is really cool. I would've liked to have seen the controls told inside the game, and for it to be a little clearer about what's going on. Like I was confused whether you can only hold a certain amount of snowflakes or if its as many as you pick up. I really like the idea of the snowman and melting to fit the countdown theme. Music fit the game well too.

29 people saved, 37 fame. I literally laughed once I realized the people were getting off the boat themselves, but the character wanting to be famous and look like a hero wants to save them. Simple and kind addictive, I think it would've been really cool to stack people and move slower...That'd add a risk/reward part. But yeah, not bad and it's silly.

So, this reminds me of The Matrix big time. The hallway with the same type of person coming after you, the stances, the guns, the sword. Not sure if that's a coincidence or not, but I've watched those movies a thousand times. It also reminds me of Adult Swim, like this artwork, music, and words remind me of it for some reason, fits to play late at night I think. I like the swag this game has, the words in between was cool and just the graphics and music pull it all together. It was sometimes overly tough fighting 2 people at once though, didn't really feel fair. The story and ending aren't my cup of tea either, but that's just me...I usually like things where you aren't doing something bad like stealing.

I made it to day 23. I really would've liked to have seen an ending and then maybe had the option for an endless mode. I am not sure how much time you get per day works either, some days seemed different than others (maybe would've been nice to know how much time each day before selecting jobs.) The biggest thing, I would've liked to be able to click on the task I want to do and have it brought to the front, but maybe you guys wanted it to be this way to cause more difficulty. And the other thing I would've liked to have seen, after the day ends show how much money I have and then it getting deducted for how much I owe, that would've given me more satisfaction seeing my results and what happens to the money.

It had a good variety of mini games, decent music, and nice pixel artwork.

Yeeeeah, level 5 was the hardest for me lol. I finally beat the game, good music and graphics. I don't really understand the lore behind the game? Not sure if it was meant to be vague or if there was supposed to be more story, like who the characters are supposed to be and what's going on in this world. My main positive thing I'd say is, I like how it got multiple uses out of certain ideas...Like how some enemies would only react to the crying, and then the dogs would not.

I played Kirby's Adventure about a month ago. The best part of this game is the visual TUBE effect, nice work on that. Graphics are good, I liked the different locations. I kinda wish each character had their own location instead of what appears to random ones. The only visual I didn't like was the blood, it didn't fit in 100%. I would've liked to be able to press the "Spacebar" to fight the next fighter, and also an indicator would be nice in between rounds. I haven't beat it, I got to the 4th person I believe. I...am not able to get the timing down, it appears it's not rhythmic on all them? Maybe a longer delay between numbers on some? or maybe I'm not counting properly.

I played till level 6 I believe...I am kinda surprised there are that many instruments in a song lol. I was struggling, I can rate it if you want, I usually try to beat games before reviewing them. It's a fun idea, the biggest thing I didn't like was the part that played after the song ended, the buzzer and repeating sound after that. That part was kinda bothersome.

I made it to level I believe the 5th level, is it not beatable or am I missing something? I haven't reviewed your game yet.

I liked the graphics alot, the music fit very well. I would've like sound effects and definitely would've been cool to see a fish picture after catching it. I'd also like to see maybe the background turn into a sunsetting/night-time the longer you play. I thought there was good variety in how you catch the fish, it moved in quite a few different ways. I would've liked to have seen an ending, and most importantly I would've liked to see what the upgrades do by holding my mouse over them. I'm not sure if you did all the music, art, programming, but if you did that's impressive. Keep it up.

Thanks for playing.

You need to face the egg (be touching it with the bird) and press the RIGHT-SHIFT key. If you try again and it still doesn't work please let me know. You can skip the cutscenes by pressing spacebar.
