Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Strange... if it doesn't work well in the browser maybe try the windows download provided. Also, see my comments or the game description for controls. Spacebar is not meant to be used to jump as there is an issue where it brings you to the main menu. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for giving the game a try regardless.

Super cool entry, I love the art and the idea is really interesting. Well done.

Thanks for playing, I am glad you enjoyed.

That was a very interesting game. I have never really seen anything else like it, though I was intrigued from start to finish. I do wish there were a few more little actions you could do, or quick time events to keep the gameplay engaging, but either way it was great as is. Well done!

I like the artwork! I like the idea of the game being in a collapsing tower. Very unique. Well done!

This is a cool system for a platformer that I haven't seen too often, especially because you can reclaim your spent feathers. Well done!

This is a super interesting game and the art is wonderful. I really enjoyed playing. Well done.

Thanks! I am really glad you like the art and visuals. That is the main part of development I am really trying to improve at because I have never been a big artist.

Thanks, I am glad you liked the art! I noticed the difficulties you are talking about. At the time of development I chalked it up to simply being part of the game's difficulty, but there wasn't much external playtesting so I wasn't sure how it would turn out.  Thank you for the feedback.

Thank you for playing, I am glad you enjoyed!

Thank you for playing, I am glad you like. And yeah, sorry about the bug. I really hate how I never noticed it because I always just used W to jump.

NOTE: There is a known bug where the spacebar sends you back to the Main Menu. Thankfully you can also use W or Up to jump, so I would simply avoid using the spacebar. Sorry for the inconvenience, it is a 2 second fix, but I don't think it would be fair to make modifications to my game after the submission period for the game jam it was made for is over.

Thanks so much!

Thanks for playing, I am glad you liked the art and sound. I was just aware of the spacebar bug. Unfortunately, I don't think I am allowed to fix it because the Game Jam period is ended.

Very interesting game. I didn't expect to see an online multiplayer game with a global task, so that is very unique. The animations and art are also super polished and nice. Well done!

Update v1.2:

Bug fixes,

Circling leniancy and consistency fixes

Added last run score in menu

Added Easter Eggs...

Update packaged in separate files to withhold game jam integrity, as this was released before the voting period ended. For the jam version, see the original files (no v1.2 extension)

Great, thanks for playing. I'm glad you liked it!

should hopefully be fixed. Sorry about that!

okay, will fix. Thanks for the heads up

Update 1.1 released:
new puzzle type,
level number indicator,
and bug fixes

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you like the visuals.

Thanks so much for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you for playing, I am glad you liked it.

This game is legitimately fantastic. Super fun, repayable, and juicy and the voice lines and cutscenes are hilarious. I can't wait for Metal Man 4.

Good game. The art and the music were both really good. Well done.

This was a really cool game. I loved the art and the premise was really unique. Well done.

Really cool idea of looping the level and adding your previous path as an obstacle. I thought the controls were quite hard to handle, but it was still fun, and the cards getting destroyed effect was really cool and satisfying.

Well done, I like the audio, and the idea is pretty cool.

Thanks a lot for playing. I did realize the difficulty ramped up a lot which is a bummer because there is a secret that gets unlocked after beating all 20 levels. As for the physics, I just used the built in physics in Godot and slightly adjusted some bounciness and gravity scaling here and there.

Super cool idea. I really like the art style. It's a really interesting take on snake and a really good game overall. Well done.

Interesting take on the theme. I thought it was cool that the level zooms out into the next, as another commenter mentioned. Well done.

Thanks for playing. I'm glad you liked the music and art. I wasn't sure if the crunchy pixel style would look good or not, but I am pretty happy with how it turned out. I'll make sure to try your game too.

Thanks for playing. Sorry about the lack of instruction in the beginning of the game. That would've been a good thing to add, though I did make sure to explain how the menu works in the description of the project (I assume you are referring to the menu and how you are meant to interact with the buttons).

Thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I think the ability to move placed blocks could be a great addition. Perhaps as a later unlocked or more limited ability, as it may break some early puzzles...

Thanks a lot! I'm glad you like the music.

Fantastic game, really polished and great idea for the theme. I really liked the art and the puzzles were satisfying to complete. Great job!

Great game and really good puzzle design. I really liked how a lot of levels you had to do twice, because the second time the blocks would be toggled, and the levels would be different. The game also felt very juicy. Good job.

This is a pretty creative concept for a puzzle platformer. I do think the theme is a little loose, but it still works. Also, I really like the art. Well done.
