For me it's mostly the lack of communication. If it takes longer, fine, we all no Kali isn't a full time developer and we all have a real life too. Besides we are used to it now. But even if shit hits the fan it should be possible to write a few words every month or at least every two months, or at the very least tell us if the game in on hold. But promising monthly devlogs, an then doing 4 devlogs in over a year (and only one of those during the last 14 months) is simply ridiculous. At this point I'm even too tired to make an obvious "that kind of behaviour deserves a spanking" joke.

At this point you can just wait and hope that chapter 4 isn't gonna be late by more than a year like the last chapter (or that the game died for real this time).

Are you sure you got the chapters right? Chapter 4 still isn't out, and the chapter that came out in 2025 was chapter 3.

Q1 of 2026 is slowly but surely nearing it's end. May we get a devlog or some other sign of life at some point? It's been some time.

But it also doesn't mean that it's ever gonna wake up. I remember when the game description said "1Q 2023". And we all can still read all the empty promises you made in the comments and the changelogs during the past 2 years. So I hope you understand that I don't believe a single word until you actually prove me and everybody else wrong.
