Question, is Grasha supposed to have no traits?

I want to start this suggestion by saying that I absolutely adore new Mansion system. Visuals alone make Mansion Management much more appealing. I also realized that a similar system can be used to allow player to own and customize their own tavern.

Here's an example of how this system may look like (that was crudely made using this picture I found on pinterest)

Player gets to choose what to build in each of those yellow squares. It can be bar tables, dining tables, strip poles, etc, and assign characters to work there (for example, bar tables employ bartender and require Wit, Poles employ strippers and requires Charm, etc.).  Tavern may also include basement and a second floor.

Second floor can be used to build barracks for the tavern employees, private high-class dining rooms, and bedrooms where your employees can "entertain" their clients

Basement can be used for utility rooms, like a kitchen to cook tavern-specific meals that can't be crafted in the mansion and storage to store those meals. Or, in the late game, player may unlock the ability to build some freaky sex-dungeon facilities there that can allow especially skilled workers to produce a lot of money

You may ask question as to why the game may need a system like this, so here's my reasons

1) Immersion. Assigning a character to work in your tavern as a Stripper is way more immersive than clicking Local Jobs -> Service. The very fact that you know that the player know what establishment these characters work at makes this whole thing way more immersive

2) Expanded economy. At the present, wheat field's only purpose is to produce enough bread to feed your characters and have it's remaining grain be sold at the market. Tavern can change it up a bit. Patrons will demand alcohol and meals, so instead of going straight to the market your grain will first be transformed into to the food they demand. If your tavern becomes popular enough you may encounter situations where you have to hire a second wheat farmer or even resort to buying necessary raw food from the market. Same goes for all other food items and even chefs that will be transforming them into meals and drinks

I fully understand that adding something like that to the game will require extreme amount of effort, and I do not expect the dev to implement any of that, but I still wanted to share my ideas

They are but they also very different Character Fantasy-wise. Plus they have their own gameplay quirks that are not very compatible with the Pure Muscly Fighter role.
If you go for spellblade you need to invest in some other Magic classes, and propably look/craft equipment that boost Magick Attack alongside regular Attack

If you go for Assassin you should at least consider "In the Shadow" because otherwise you're ignoring one of the Major bonuses of that class, and also you'll need to take off your Plate Armor and at that point you're no longer a tank. You can function as one if you then pick Ninja and start stacking Mag Def and Evasion, but character fantasy. That character would be some sort of Ronin who keeps easily dodging and parrying enemy attacks before retaliating with his sword, which is also cool, but a different kind of cool compared to an armored juggernaut that swings a big stick and shruggs off everything enemies throw at them

Also technically Assasin is not strictly melee class. It works fine on Archers too

Right now frontline melee fighters have two directions - Shieldbearer and Paladin - defense oriented route, or Knight and Deathknight - offense oriented route. Unfortunately these routes are a bit restrictive when it comes to Character Fantasy. It's a bit strange that all characters must choose between a Boyscout class and Evil Cackling Villain class. I propose adding a third class that is, let's say, less ideologically alligned

Warmaster: +15 HP, +10 Attack, +10 Defense. Requirements: Either Knight or Shieldbearer.
Unique Ability: Combat Focus - when activated, next non-spell skill becomes Instant (3 charges)

Also, somewhat unrelated, but  I think Paladin needs a buff. Currently it feels quite situational and it is significantly less interesing than Death Knight's. I think that the only reason people pick it is because they already choose Shieldbearer. Maybe give it an Active Skill that somehow buffs all allies? Or some AoE Light Attack that targets a Column to complement  Holy Lance?

I don't think any of the currently existsing classes fit Hara's character fantasy. She's an engineer who's good with her hands and gadgets, making her a robe wearing, staff weilding mage feels a bit strange, so I got an idea for a class that would fit her well, which could also be used as a racial class for Goblins and Gomes

Ballistician - increases Wit and Physical, gives access to three abilities; Preprequisite - Engineer
Calculated Shot - Passive. Increases Damage Dealt when wielding a crossbow based on Wit stat
Bombardment (can only be used when equipped with a crossbow) (costs 1 unstable concoction) - deals Physical Elemental damage to every enemy in a row
Armament Preparation - Choose which element will be used by Bombardment skill. Does not take turn to activate (functions similarly to Elemental Weapon or Spell Tacing)

Most of the game's combat-oriented companions are mages of some-kind. I think it would be nice to have more companions who are desinged to either be spellblades or pure physical fighters. Maybe some Bandit Queen who you can capture after finishing a unique dungeon, a wandering sellsword who you hire (who can be tricked by PC into becoming their property) or an enemy knight  (I'm yet to reach act 4 but I assume at some point the player will end up in conflict with the Empire, so maybe you end up capturing one of their high-ranking officers and making them your slave)
