That's all right! Thanks for playing though!

Nice art!

Thanks a lot for the comment and for playing this game! I tried really hard for the graphics to look good.

Thanks for your feedback! I will take that into consideration as Chapter 2's development continues!

Really nice designs!

Thanks for your feedback! Sure! I'll review it on my pc later! (I tried playing on the phone but then realized I couldn't find the keys lol). But I really like how there's text to guide the players, and it seems to fit the theme of trusting no one very well.

Hey! No worries for the game, but thanks a lot for playing part of it! I was on my phone so your game may not have loaded the same way as it would on a pc, but it has an amazing plot! I really like how the opening is with the number game involving truth and lies, and the name input to really enhance user experience! I also like how the game was created specifically for the jam as well!

You wake up with no memory of how you got there.

A flower appears where it shouldn't.

Something is waiting for you to remember.

Where The Seeds Drift is a short psychological mystery game created for the jam.

I'd love to know what you think—and what theories you have after playing.

Also, I'll play your game as well if you leave a comment/rating on mine!

I really like how the perspective of the player and the emptiness of the room is!

Here's my game: https://brookxii.itch.io/where-the-seeds-drift

I really love the opening where you show a conversation between text. (It must've taken a lot of time to code!) I also like how the concept isn't some typical mystery!

Thanks for the feedback! I'll keep that in mind!

Rlly like the plot!

Thanks a lot for your feedback! I will keep the difficulty in mind as the development continues and will consider adding additional hints for each room to ensure the game remains fun!

Lol, the first puzzle was challenging during the playtest stage. I'll give a stronger hint that the letter y is in the answer from one of the objects, and also, if you read this comment out loud, you indirectly say the word

I thought the plot was too typical at first, but liked how it developed so much at the end with the surprising twist.

I rlly liked the sprite design and background in the game. It was rlly nice and the movement was pretty smooth.

The passcode for the door is a word and to get the letters, you have to figure out what the missing letters are from the object messages!

Dan Doe awakens after a mysterious accident with no memories of who he is and only a dandelion and note left beside him. As he uncovers fragments of his past, he discovers that the truth he is searching for may be the very thing he was trying to escape from.

In this game, players investigate clues, solve puzzles, and make decisions as they navigate fragmented memories. Through hidden rules and unreliable perspectives, this game questions identity, challenges perception, and will make players in real-life wonder if memory defines who we are, or if it is an illusion that separates us based on our experiences.

Where The Seeds Drift: Reawakening

https://brookxii.itch.io/the-story-of-icarus-a-myth-or-reincarnation

Ever played a game where you must incorporate certain themes/ideas? Well try the Story of Icarus, a game about Kirby possibly being Icarus reincarnated.

Can you solve whether this game is a reincarnation or if its a myth?

https://brookxii.itch.io/where-the-seeds-drift

Where The Seeds Drift is a psychological thriller and mystery about a man, Dan Doe, who has lost all of his memories and does not know why he is in the hospital. The only thing left beside him is a note and a dandelion.

As puzzles become more challenging and hints become more symbolic, will you be able to help Dan figure out who he really is, or will it be too late for you as well?

Imagine drawing 3 phrases:

-Kirby eating McDonalds

-The story of Icarus

-Peaches are expensive, but delicious

These 3 phrases were what I had to incorporate when making this game. This game revolves around the story of Icarus and whether Kirby is Icarus reincarnated or not. Try playing this game and see if you can solve the mystery!

Ever had to design a game based on certain randomly chosen prompts? Try this game!

Experience a game that incorporates Kirby eating McDonalds, the story of Icarus, and a special interaction of peaches being delicious but often expensive at supermarkets!
