whenever I enter the game my screen is all white until i click on the screen then when i enter it just bugs out anything i can't interact or leave the game. on laptop. am i doing something wrong?

ok so I’m on pirate town quest and I’m trying to get the other 6 quest but I only get the first three every time I try to reroll I always get one star quests
