If you get a message like this when launching the game:

Try installing the program again using the original installation media, or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status: 0xc0e90002

You need to go into your Windows Security > App & Browser Control > Smart App Control Settings (topmost option) and then make sure it is marked OFF.

It's not a virus, it's from the modding restrictions. There's a DLL file that watches the game to make sure no files are added or things are injected into the game. It trips up the anti virus a lot. Won't be in the Steam version, sorry about that.
