I was lucky enough to be in a few sessions of playtesting for this campaign and I wanted to post my recommendation.
I feel this campaign fits what Candela Obscura is about - a narrative focussed investigative story with a strong emphasis on how your character relates to what is going on.
Each session I was involved in had was its own story in the overarching campaign, meaning it's a good fit for groups where people can't make every session but still having your character feel involved in the story.
The factions Meg created for the setting are well defined and aid role-playing greatly - once I had an appreciation for the factions it was much easier to realise how my character would react to situations and other characters and NPCs, but there is still room to express a characters own desires.
The campaign setting of Otherwhere is also well fleshed out and both myself and other players at the table enjoyed finding out about it.
Definitely worth a look if you're wanting a strong campaign setting with plenty of nuance to dig down into.
