Thank you very much for taking the time to play the demo and write such a detailed report. I really appreciate you spending so much time testing the game and explaining these issues.
As someone who has played Phasmophobia myself, I think it's easy for me to take some things for granted and assume that players will already understand certain mechanics that actually need to be learned or explained. Looking back, I can see that I didn't consider this carefully enough. I'll keep working on this and try to find a better way to explain these mechanics in-game, although I haven't figured out the best solution yet.
For the bugs you mentioned, I'll try to fix them as soon as possible. Some of them are unfortunately difficult for me to reproduce consistently, so I may need to find other ways to track down and solve them.
I'm still actively developing the game, and I plan to continue expanding it with new content and features. Thank you again for taking the time to test the game and let me know about these things. Your feedback is genuinely helpful.
If you have time, you're also welcome to add me on Discord if you'd like to discuss these issues in more detail.
Yeah, I decided to separate the game into a free demo and a paid full version. I really love working on this game, but the past eight months have also come with some pressure from my family. I’ll still keep updating both versions, and the price of the full version will not increase in the future. Thanks so much for the support.
Yes, but I don't know how to do it. You can join my channel and add me.https://discord.gg/6QvrWGsv
The door should be working correctly. To open it, aim at the door, hold down the left mouse button, and drag your mouse in the direction the door opens. For example, if the door opens to the right, drag your mouse to the right.
As for the guide, I think there may have been a misunderstanding. I didn't intend to include it inside the game itself. Instead, I put it in the game's installation folder from the beginning. There's a file called **"A_Tour Information.txt"** that explains the controls and gameplay.
That said, your feedback made me realize that having the guide only in the installation folder isn't obvious enough. I'll consider adding it directly into the game as well.
Thank you for taking the time to play the demo and share your feedback. It really means a lot to me, and your suggestions are very helpful.
Yes, this is indeed a problem. At first, I assumed that all players of this game had already experienced phasmophobia. The lack of guidance in the game is indeed a major issue. Therefore, I included a manual in the document, but I'm sorry that I forgot to fill in how to open the door (hehe). Regarding the problem you mentioned, I will do my best to solve it in the next version.
