The new fight should be a lot more forgiving.
Black Fur Drops - Thanks for that info! I'll probably make some adjustments in the next minor update.
Shadow Damage - "Crystal Staff" and "Coin Sword" are your best bet here.
No Problem!
Antique Coins - I did a quick check and antique coins are not bugged. I think it must just be really bad luck. They have a very low chance to drop, but I haven't changed it since the first release.
Black Fur Drops - How many wolfkin did you need to fight? I wouldn't want to guarantee the drop, but I could increase it for a future update.
Gargoyle Fight - I tried it again and yeah I have to agree. I'll be pushing another update with an overhaul to the fight. Thank you!
Run Mechanic - I was actually thinking about overhauling the run mechanic for the next minor update. It won't be guaranteed, but your next chance to run will increase with every unsuccessful attempt.
Ghost Elfs - They can only be damaged by a weapon that does Shadow Damage.
I'm talking about Area 1. I was actually thinking about adding the name of the current area to the map, but I'm still a little unsure where to place it.
Also thank you so much for notifying me of the issue with the crafting stations! That is a bug. The anvil is supposed to be level 3. Will put out a fix ASAP. Let me know if any issues remain.
Also, I'll implement your bandage suggestion together with the crafting station fix.
The "Miss" is actually just you missing the Attack. Every weapon has an accuracy statistic that you can see next to the damage range (It's right above "Speed"). The "Blunt Axe" has an accuracy of 80%, so there's a higher chance for you to miss with that one.
I've also checked the damage and your output is more or less the expected result for this weapon. The "Blunt Axe" just doesn't output enough damage against a Possessed Armour.
Check my other comment for some suggestions on what you could do. You should also check the User Manual for crafting recipes.
After looking at them, I'll probably be doing some fine tuning for certain drop rates in the new area.
But for now you could either get more copper to craft copper armour pieces which have pretty high base damage defence or you can fight "Stitched" for "Tough Hide" that can be used to craft other armour sets with their own benefits.
But your main focus should probably be better weapons as they require less materials and scales better against enemies.
Possessed Armours like to sometimes parry your attacks which causes them to do 0 damage.
However I don't see how you're only doing 0.5 damage per hit. Even an early game Primitive Spear is enough to defeat it. Possessed enemies are usually focused on cursing you, which gives you quite a bit of leeway to do damage.
What race and Race level are you?
Hey ChairBluePen,
thanks for checking out the game! It's still in very early development, so a bunch of additional features that I'm thinking about haven't been implemented yet. Some of those should hopefully make the combat encounters more dynamic in the future. I'm not really interested in making an idle-game.
What kind of things would you like to see to add more spice to the gameplay?
Hey マホロマン,
thank you so much for trying the game and writing down your experience. The soft lock issue that you've experienced is something that I'm actively thinking about and I'm sorry that this happened to you.
Right now I have a solution in mind that should alleviate the issue. I'll try to add that to the next minor update.
Hey Kira,
I'm very sorry to hear that! You can right click on things like the portal to dismiss them. That will make it disappear and you can continue moving. You can also check the user manual that is packaged with the game. But regardless, I'll see what I can add to make interacting a little more understandable!
