I know NEO-GEO has used alot more frames than most consoles, games or even arcade's but most explosive effects were done with 4-8 frames. This is meant as a higher quality but not a smooth pack like that. I'm certainly looking into making smoother packs for that effect, and appreciate the reference you provided. 

This is fantastic. I've seen licensing is avaliable for use with these packs, but are you also avaliable for commissions?
