I am going to give the other starters cut to make this less annoying in a future update however right now there are Pokemon in route 1 that learn it, since I added it to all the kanto starters and Eevee which are all rare but still appear in route 1 after you beat the first gym, I intend to make getting a Pokemon with Cut accessible more easy in a future update but for now it is still possible albeit annoying.

I dunno if I can change that but if I find out I can I will, if you know how to go into debug you should be able to forget the move in the debug menu for now if you need to

which tree? After the first gym you get the TM Cut but you have to have a Pokemon in your party who can use it
