Kind of felt like the game got easier as there were more people. Then when there were a lot of people, it becomes difficult to grab the person you need because of spacing rather than any player skill.
It's designed to be a desktop idler. So you would spend maybe a minute or 2 setting everything up, then check back after a few hours to see the results.
I love the humour, but did not enjoy being the boss or trying to manipulate the employees. I would prefer to reverse the game and try to steal as much productivity from the company as possible.
