This looks like an HTML5-specific bug with bird identity/skill lookup. The Windows build does not seem to reproduce it, so your report helps a lot. Sparrows dodging forever and Flamingos behaving like Sparrows definitely should not happen.
I’ll prioritize this for the next web alpha hotfix. I’ll also add a safety lock so dodge loops can’t softlock a battle again.
