Edit: Honestly, you don't even need me to do that. I think you can submit a page without anything to download. 

There was definitely something going on because the site went down for a few hours not long after I posted this. I had to used the verify email method to approve my "session" when it came back.

I know nobody usually uses these things. But! Last year around this time, 4chan was hacked and was down a whole month. I woke up today to a "temporary" IP-range ban. My internet yesterday was incredibly slow, it took all day to upload a short video. Uploading a RM project would have taken even longer.  So.

 If anyone else is experiencing similar problems, but wanted to submit something, I say don't worry about it. I should be able to add your project to the jam page if you miss the submission window for whatever reason. 

I just wanted to get it submitted first. I've got a lot of bugs and unfinished parts to work out.
