Will cum inflation ever be added to this game?

Apparently there are 4 endings, but so far I haven't seen a single one???
I've paid off the debts, there's no more quests appearing? According to the CG room and another comment, there's a size 7 for the main character, but I haven't unlocked it somehow?
I'm on day 50 now with nothing new to do. I've seen the bad endings in the CG room, but there's no good endings in the CG room, so I don't know what they are or how to get them.

Maybe you could make a Google Drive link to it instead?

Or just a more appealing model in the same style as MC's.

So I've just returned from town with Ash and its put me at the school and I realised theres no way out which caused me to check on here and find the patch. My problem is I'm a dumbass that doesn't remember to save that often, so even after downloading the patch and loading a secondary save I made at the school I still can't get out.

Does this mean instead I have to go back to a save from like 3 hours ago?

They go into one of the buildings within Brasswall.
