oh no

I usually start with a solved puzzle and move my way backwards trying to add layers of steps and complexity. The puzzles doesn't need to be exactly difficult or smart either, you only need to make the player feel like they are solving a puzzle and not actually the frustration of solving it.

Thanks! I will definitely try to gradually adjust the difficult progression next time.

You're welcome ;)

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for playing!

Not yet because adding it to current implementation would be a giant hack. I'm testing to see if the game is any good, and then I might do a proper remake and an extended version.

A short puzzles games about the unexplained duck desire to eat bananas.

This comment is awesome ^^

Live life to the fullest I guess?

Perhaps, at some point, more gaem.

Hey! I did actually remove the music a while back, so I'm a little confused. I got the track from one of those free music sites and it came with its own permissive license. Nowadays I strictly use assets that I created, including the font and the audio, so hopefully that won't be a problem in the future. Thanks for playing!

You don't have to. That's exactly why I have a web build of the game :)

Well, making another clicker is not on the top of my list but there will surely be another duck game when I have the time ;)

skill issue

Not directly, but the game uses something called "localStorage" which stores the data of the page. After a quick search, there seem to be a chrome extension called StorageAce that can help you with exporting and importing the localStorage from the game. I have not tried it, but if you do, make sure you refresh after importing.

I had plans but it sort of slowly faded. I hope to turn it into a complete game at some point, but I'm not working on anything at the moment.

I'm not sure why people try to speedrun anything with a timer, but if you enjoy that, who am I to judge? Great job! I think I may be able to break your record because I remember being able to do sub 2 minutes easily when I was creating this project 🤔. We will see tomorrow :)

Long long time ago, the game used a terrible game engine called godot that could barely run on web, sound didn't work properly, big build sizes, crashes and memory leaks on apple devices, and barely got over 30fps. Standalone builds (mobile and desktop) worked fine and was provided for a small donation. Since the game primarily targets the web, I ported it to html/js/css and got rid of the downloadable versions since it was cumbersome to update two separate versions and it didn't feel fair packaging a web page as an app or an exe. So, no, you can no longer download it. Sorry!

Try disconnecting the controllers, I fixed it on the web version but forgot to update the downloadable files

You have received the royal duck approval. You shall be living a life of ducks, ducks, and of course, more ducks.

Thanks!

It's a known bug that apparently only happens in the web version if you spam jump while touching the top of the screen. Just reload the level for now

Thanks for playing!

No

Well, cool guys over there liked it, and so they asked me through email. I'm not sure why world is bold and italic, but I assume it's because the game is working the intended way.

Good luck!

I have a question though. How did you find the game? I have a surge in activity and I'm having a hard time figuring out where/who to thank.

Thanks for playing!

It was not meant to be intuitive nor fair. The ultimate goal was to annoy the shenanigans out of my friends and that worked flawlessly :)

No I did not :)

You can always use an autoclicker to achieve that, and sorry to break it to you, but there are no integer limits. I'm using a library that is smart enough to represent higher number by dropping accuracy as you go, and in theory, you can go indefinitely. The other 3d version has an integer limit though.

Thanks!

yes

skill issue

You get +1x for every 5 billions you collect. A button then appears and asks you whether you want to ascend now or not.

Thanks!

There are no crowns in the boss level. I also made sure to show a counter there (e.g. 11/11 found). It might not be that clear, but how am I supposed to show everything at once in that tiny space haha.

Not directly from the game, no. However, if you are on desktop, you can right click inside the game -> select inspect -> go to Console tab.
Now write the following line and press enter:
allow pasting
 and finally write and enter:
location.reload(); localStorage.clear();
The page should reload, and the game would reset. If it doesn't reset the duckets, just repeat it once again.

Glitches make the game even better (and not that I'm absolutely lazy to fix)
