Thank you for pointing out that typo. It was caused by an incorrect translation from Spanish into English: the Spanish conjunction “y” was mistakenly left as “y” instead of being translated as “and”. I’ll make sure to fix it in the next update.

Hi! Thank you very much for your offer. I’m definitely interested in an Arabic translation of Wet Wings.
I’ve been talking to the developer of PunyInformES, and he mentioned that, in order to create an Arabic version of the adventure, PunyInform itself would need to be translated and adapted into Arabic, which would require quite a bit of programming work. He is willing to help you with this, but the Arabic adaptation of the library would need to be developed by you.
If that sounds good to you, I can contact you by email or Discord, whichever you prefer.
Thanks again for your interest in the game! 😊
Hi! Thanks for purchasing Wet Wings! 😊
The ZX Spectrum version requires the CP/M operating system to run.
Please note that the CP/M system disk is not included with Wet Wings. You will need to obtain a CP/M boot disk image separately. CP/M disk images for the Spectrum can be found online.
Once you have the CP/M disk:
1. Boot the CP/M operating system in your emulator.
2. Insert/mount the Wet Wings ".DSK" game disk in the appropriate drive.
3. Switch to the drive where the game disk is mounted, for example:
"B:"
4. Type:
"PLAY GAME"
and press Enter.
5. Press any key to dismiss the intro screen.
Thanks for playing Wet Wings! 🪽
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it, and it means a lot to hear that you felt the game flowed so well. That was one of my main goals while designing it.
Thanks for taking the time to play it and for leaving such a kind message. Comments like yours make all the hard work worthwhile.
I hope you enjoy my future games as well!
Thanks for the review. It's perfectly fine not to enjoy the final chapter, but the city and museum are meant to be mazes, not corridors. Feeling lost is part of the experience. Also, the clock puzzle doesn't require endlessly repeating commands unless you choose to solve it that way.
The first chapters are intentionally easier as part of the game's difficulty curve, with the later sections becoming more demanding. Some players enjoy this kind of puzzle, especially mazes and navigation challenges, while others understandably do not. For those who prefer a more straightforward experience, an optional map is provided as an extra to help with navigation.
Different players enjoy different things, and that's okay. Thanks for playing all the way to the end.
Hello Sean,
Thank you for playing The Morning Star! I'm glad you're enjoying it.
No, those commands were just examples to help new players get started. The game supports additional commands as well, depending on the situation.
As a general rule, important words and actions are usually highlighted in UPPERCASE within the text. These often provide clues about the commands or interactions that are relevant at that moment.
Don't hesitate to experiment a little—the parser is designed to recognize more than just the basic commands.
Thanks for your support, and I hope you continue enjoying the adventure!
I wasn't claiming that AI is immaterial or that it has no environmental cost. My point was simply that, as a creator, I use it as a tool to help bring ideas to life.
The environmental impact of computing is a legitimate discussion, but it also applies to game engines, cloud services, streaming platforms, social media, and the devices we're all using right now. If we're talking about the costs of modern technology, that's a much broader conversation than AI alone.
Thank you! Absolutely, every bit of coverage helps, and I really appreciate the mention on Amiga News.
In fact, the Amiga version is currently the most downloaded edition of the game, so the support from the Amiga community has been incredible.
It's wonderful to see The Morning Star reaching so many people. Thanks for helping spread the word!
If AI helps one person create something that otherwise would never exist, that’s a net positive for creativity. I respect people who dislike or reject AI-generated art, but I see AI as just another creative tool, no different from game engines or digital editing software. What matters to me is the final result and the passion behind the project.
Thanks for the detailed report and for taking the time to test it across different emulators.
I’ve added a Version B DSK release that has been tested and works correctly in Fuse. For now, I’ve also restored the previous tape version while I investigate what’s going on with Fuse and the new TAP build.
And thanks as well for the loading screen suggestion :)
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Comments like this honestly mean a lot. I’m very happy you enjoyed Echoes of the Future and decided to support my new game too.
And yes… bugs happen sometimes. Game development can be messy, especially with retro tools and engines, but I’m glad you’re enjoying the experience anyway. Thanks again for the patience and the support!
Due to technical issues found in The Morning Star, I have temporarily removed the game while I work on updates and fixes.
This does not affect existing owners in any way: the game will remain available in your library and you will always be able to download it whenever you want.
In addition, as a thank you for your support and patience, everyone who purchased The Morning Star can download both the English and Spanish versions of Echoes of the Future completely free until December 31, 2026.

I hope you enjoy it, and thank you sincerely for continuing to support the project.

Hi! Thanks a lot for reporting this and for the screenshot, really helpful.
You're absolutely right, there's a missing word in that message when taking a piece of the triptych. It seems the text isn't being assembled correctly in that case.
I'll fix it for the next update.
Really appreciate you taking the time to point it out , and feel free to report anything else you notice 🙂
The Void is advancing, and only you can stop it. A remote village hides the truth… and the fate of those who came before you.

Thanks a lot for reporting this!
That sounds like it could be related to how the Retro Virtual Machine handles AZERTY keyboards rather than the game itself, especially since it works fine on the C64 version.
I'll take a look on my side and see if I can reproduce it. In the meantime, if you have a chance to try with a different keyboard layout or emulator, that would help narrow it down.
Really glad to hear you enjoyed the graphics 😊
