Fair enough, but man, I'm gonna lose my mind if I have to listen to this guy yap about EVs again because I accidentally spammed A too much lmao.

(Yes, I know these are all personal skill issues. But I can and will whine anyways. :) )
Might I suggest adding a learnset to Budew, as it currently doesn't seem to learn any moves while leveling up. It makes it quite hard to use on the Gastly playthrough, since you've gotta either grind out friendship until it levels up (when it presumably learns moves again), or wait until you can get Drowzee to grab some TMs.
