Glad to know some of those things are already planned, and thanks for the answers!

For the menu overlapping issue, I saw it on the bunnyboard profile and on any pop-ups like for when you get someone's contact info or become friends. Here's the character I was using: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1B0uQhEnnXiPqS79DsA_Kza_QJ2_qZX92/view?usp=shari.... It'll be pretty obvious why I was having this issue with her. I was very surprised her image generated without getting cut off on the sides.

It took me a while to get 12 characters created because I was being picky with the sprites and personalities matching my existing character cards while having to cut down the tokens from the original descriptions heavily, but I finally got a good amount of playtime in and made it about a month in, just after Valentines. I very quickly realized the flaw of porting over a bunch of characters I had already made, which is that it's very hard to pick one to pursue because I'm already somewhat invested in all of them. Also a lot of them are horribly dysfunctional and I feel bad leaving them alone.

Despite that, I had quite a lot of fun so far. It might be just because it's something new and refreshing, but this is one of the best experiences I've gotten out of AI RP in a good while at least. Having a schedule and not spending 100% of your time with the same character makes it a lot better for slow burn relationships than the usual 1 on 1 chatbot formats. I do have some concerns that things might get repetitive now that I've hit the lovers stage, but I'll have to keep playing to find out for sure. I can always start a new playthrough and go for the other girls if I get bored.

I was also able to pull off FemPOV surprisingly well just by adding the line "The reader is actually female, all text that states or implies otherwise is a mistake." to my character bio. There's a few hardcoded spots, like the menu saying a character likes "guys" with a particular stat, but in the game itself I've not had any issues.

For some specific feedback, suggestions, and questions:

  1. It can be hard to write the character descriptions since you can't test the way characters act without starting a full playthrough and then managing to find that character in game. It would be nice to have a way to trigger a scene with one or more characters from the main menu or manage characters menu. Maybe an option to pick 1-3 characters, set their relationship ranks for the scene, and give a brief description for the LLM to start the scene from?
  2. I would enjoy a better place to put secret info for characters. Right now I have to put it in the personality or backstory sections, but it bugs me a little because that info gets shown in game (Which is a silly complaint because I already wrote the characters, but still). I think having a section labeled as secret info might also work better to prevent other characters from mentioning those things and prevent the characters themselves from bringing them up. It might mess up if characters forget that you've learned a secret though.
  3. More control over character majors and their preferred classes would also be nice to guide the game's schedule generation. You could always put this info into the existing fields, but this should only really be needed at the start of the game, so it would be a bit of a waste of tokens to keep sending it. A section in their definitions that's only used at schedule generation would be great for this. Some more global options for guidance on schedule creation could be nice as well. I sort of managed to do this by adding a few lines to my character bio, but just being able to mark down a few classes you want or rules of what types of classes should be available would be nice. I've had a lot of overly specific classes generated that I could immediately tell were made for one character only, which breaks immersion a little, so a way to cut down on that would be nice.
  4. Tooltips for character Traits would be very helpful. The only one I saw a description of in game was High Standards. While I can take a few guesses about what the others might do, it would be nice to have that info. Unless you want them to be intentionally vague to keep them from being too gamey.
  5. Having the character sprites overlap some of the menus is very stylish, but one of my characters has a very wide sprite and ends up overlapping the menus, which makes some of the text unreadable. Maybe adjusting the size and positioning of the character or adding a cutoff would be a good idea.
  6. The fixed structure of returning to your room between each time slot can be a little awkward at times. For example I said I would spend the whole day with a character for Valentines, and after the sun set and the scene ended, it booted me back to my room and I had to go meet her again. Then after falling asleep together in her room, I woke up alone in my room. In the first case, it would be nice if the scene could continue automatically after transitioning to night, maybe with a confirmation dialogue to avoid accidental misuse by the LLM. In the second case, you wouldn't want to have to spend the whole day together, but being able to have a quick scene before returning to your room in the morning would help.
  7. Are characters at all aware of custom outfits? I added a fancy dress as a custom outfit for one character and hinted that she should dress nice, but she showed up in her normal clothes. I couldn't tell if that was a limitation or just the LLM not choosing to use the outfit. A few of my characters have custom outfits for things like shapeshifting, so them being able to use them on their own and change mid scene or before a scene would help a lot.
  8. It would be nice to have icons on the map even for locations where there aren't any characters. Figuring out what locations are around can take some time since only a few are labeled on the map. Having a list of options could help meet new characters that you don't have contact info for. In my case, it took almost a full month to finally bump into one of my characters, possibly because the locations she frequents aren't ones that any of the characters I was friends with do.
  9. How do friendships between characters work? Are they just randomly assigned, or does the LLM decide who should be friends? I had a character who's described as being very offputting and she ended up having a surprising number of friends (any number was surprising really). I also see she is no longer friends with someone who she became friends with at some point.
  10. Is it possible for 2 characters to become lovers? I tried playing wingman for a little bit, but the characters themselves didn't appreciate it much.
  11. Can characters change their schedule? I see one character posted an update saying she dropped a class, but I don't know if that actually happened or not since I wasn't in the class. It would be fun to convince a character to swap to your classes.

That became quite the wall of text, but I think that's everything for now.
