Yeee that's fair enough! We all have our tastes lolol

Awww, i know the comment isn't directed towards me but it's cool that the one comment I decide to make ended up being really insightful for another person sksksks

AH DAMN must've missed a line of dialogue there that clarified what the eye being was at the end of the true ending skjdsfks,, cool to have gotten really close with it tho!

I don't normally comment  on itch.io but as someone that has a lot of familiarity with the furry nsfw video game space, I'm going to have to disagree on merit of how unique this is to other games in this niche.

I think something that happens a lot with these games is that the horny comes first rather than an actual game or concept. Which of course is nothing wrong with that and and has it's own merits of being simple fun, that gathered with the fact most of these games are made by horny hobbyist that just wants an outlet for their desires.
But to me that's what makes this game really standout from other people's works as it works to subvert the genre and expectations here. I've taken it's darker themes as commentary about how characters tends to get treated in these types of games, where they're nothing more than horny toys to play with that has no actual character or background behind them. In a sense these characters, somewhat like the Watcher has told Momo in the true ending, are worthless beyond their purpose of satisfying a player's sexual desire.  You mentioned how the bit with Momo's mask feeling like it's pure shock factor, and while I can't deny that there's a certain amount of shock factor being played here, I took it as the game commenting how most games of this nature normally incentivizing and pushing you to go against the boundaries of the characters and flat out assault them. It's like the game is asking, what if the characters at the receiving actually felt hurt and retaliated back.

The way I interpreted the game is that it's whole thing is like questioning the treatment of characters in these games and seeing what would happen if they had a full life and world around them before the player has arrived. And like what it means for characters like this to live within confines of what seems to be a fictional corporate entity controlling how much we can interact with this world.

Plus like idk about you but it was really fun trying to figure out and get to the hidden darker elements that the game, page, and advertisement had been hinting at. Kinda like a short puzzle game where each ending gave you some kind of hint as to what you can do to get another ending.

Don't get me wrong. This isn't some deep philosophical masterpiece that's gonna blow anyone's socks off especially if they're familiar with similar games of this nature. I don't believe that the themes and concepts of the game has really been pushed to it's furthest potential especially in the aspect of commentating about how we consume porn and the way in which we view the characters in them.
But I think there's room for adult furry games to be talking about darker topics like this even when masquerading as a silly fun horny clicker. I just think there's something special about someone in this space expressing themselves uniquely in this very specific genre of games. While this is no where as NEAR as to how polished and well made DDLC is, you don't see anyone giving it flack for being a cutesy anime dating game at first before thrusting you into the horrors. This is like the first game of it's kind that I have seen in this space and I think there's a lot of potential that this format to more maturely talk about it's themes and concepts while also not betraying it's identity of being almost a tongue in cheek parody of porn games that the dev themselves probably love.
