don't know if it is a known issue but just thought i would mention it here but when i tried to raise resort exp over 15 caused a glitch where the resort menu would pop up again with every choice afterwards

you can save then bet all your money on the race, load if you lose save if you win and repeat until you have more money than you know what to do with
