Hi, I’ve been following the game for a year now, and I like how you’re developing it! As for ideas, I’d suggest adding some kind of interaction with the Lily’s egg‑shaped structures — for example, when the number of worms reaches too high, they could fill the channels, moving towards the egg‑shaped structures and interacting with them, creating some events or applying effects. Or, alternatively, add more parasitic insects that, if Lily is not handled carefully, could land on her and pierce her skin with their ovipositor, trying to get either into the bladder or into the ovary, laying their eggs there, which would lead to some consequences.
